There are lots of great things about working for Oregon’s Wild Harvest. Family always comes first. After all, we’re a family-owned and operated business. We offer medical and dental insurance, a 401K, paid vacation, and more. You can work at home if your job allows for the flexibility. Best of all, you’re surrounded by people dedicated to the health and wellness of humans, animals, and the planet.

As a grower and maker of herbal supplements, we are fortunate to be able to do everything in one location.  Much of our work happens in our spacious Redmond facility and our farm is right down the road. This ensures three things: First, we are constantly reminded of how interconnected we are with the land and the forces of nature. Second, we have much greater control over the quality of our products. Finally, we all get to know each other well. We really are like family.

We take a time-honored, down-to-earth approach producing herbal supplements, but we don’t operate in the dark ages. We are deeply entrenched in 21st century technology. That includes our state-of-the-art testing facility operated by a team of scientists, and some of our key employees telecommute, which helps reduce our carbon footprint.

Our way of giving a little extra.

Total compensation includes your pay, the Company’s portion of your health and wellness benefits, retirement contributions, paid time off and any other benefits you may qualify for.  Benefits and services may vary depending on your classification (full time, part time), position or seniority.
