SUMMARY: The Production Manager will be responsible for labor allocation, coordination, and control of all production processes. Working closely with the Director of Operations, Quality Control Manager, and the Plant Engineer, this position will ensure all products are efficiently manufactured in a timely manner, meeting the company’s standards for quality.
SUMMARY: The primary function of this job will require workers to follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure all products comply with our exceptionally high manufacturing standards and are available to ship as scheduled.
SUMMARY: The primary function of the Farm Manager is planning, coordinating, and overseeing all farming operations. The Farm Manager must understand Organic and Biodynamic farming methods, including a good understanding of all guidelines presented by OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute), accredited by USDA Organic. These regulations include the regulatory text administered by the USDA and the NOP (National Organic Program).
