CERTIFICATIONS
I understand that OREGON’S WILD HARVEST (employer) follows an “employment at will” policy, in that I or OREGON’S WILD HARVEST may terminate my employment at any time with or without cause or notice; this “employment at- will” policy cannot be changed verbally or in writing, unless the change is specifically authorized in writing by an Officer of the company. I understand that this application is not a contract of employment and does not alter the at-will employment relationship

I understand that federal law prohibits the employment of unauthorized aliens; all persons hired must submit legally required proof of employment authorization and identity; failure to submit such proof within the first three days of employment will result in termination of employment.

I also understand that any handbooks, benefits, manuals, policies and procedures maintained by OREGON’S WILD HARVEST are not contractual in nature (express or implied) and may be amended or abolished at the sole discretion of OREGON’S WILD HARVEST.

I understand this application will be active for a period of one year; after that time; if I wish to be considered for employment, I must submit a new application.

I understand that the employer will thoroughly investigate my work and personal history and verify all data given on this application, on related papers, and in interviews. I authorize all individuals, schools, and firms therein, except my current employer if so noted, to provide any information requested about me, and I release them and OREGON’S WILD HARVEST from all liability for damage in providing and requesting this information.

I understand that as a condition of my employment I may be required to submit to a background check, including: preemployment drug screen, DMV check (if applicable), and criminal background check.

I certify that all the statements I made in this application, on in related papers and in interviews, are true and correct, and understand that any falsification or willful omission may disqualify me from further employment consideration and/or result in immediate discharge if hired.
