Suggested Use

Very supportive

I got these for my partner who was looking for support for ADHD. He's been taking Schisandra almost daily for about two months now. He loves this product and said he noticed a different in the first week. Now, he's taking it in the mornings, and on very busy days again in the early afternoon. He prefers this to pharmaceutical options he's used in the past. He says he feels more "balanced" and able to deal with his work demands and responsibilities.

Sustained energy

I’ve had good success with Schishondra in keeping my energy levels sustained throughout the day. I’ve been taking one capsule every day for about 2 weeks and definitely notice a difference.
