Please remember, a US Postal Service tracking number is only valid to your local post office, and not to your door. Contact us immediately if you think your shipment is lost, or if you have not received a tracking number within one week of placing your order.

We encourage you to check your order soon after its arrival to verify that it is complete and to your satisfaction. If your shipment contains multiple boxes, you will receive multiple tracking numbers via email.
