I'm using the bladderwrack as electin blocker because I am allergic to okra... And I'm taking one a day and it's doing all right... It's definitely better than not taking it! I think I should probably be taking more than one but I don't know if I will be taking too much iodine if I do that? Is there such thing as too much iodine? Maybe I should just look that up.
regardless I have definitely recommended it to a lot of people to take as a substitute lectin blocker for people who cannot have okra because they are on a low inflammation diet. Okra is highly inflammatory so this is an amazing substitute!
