A wonderful addition to my nighttime ritual

I don't normally leaves reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to in case it can help someone else. I have tried many 'sleep aids' without much success until I tried this product. I only need to take one and find that I sleep more deeply and wake up feeling more rested. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a better quality nights sleep.

I had heard that the Lemon Balm is good to help lower high blood pressure.. i have only been using it for a short while, so there is no difference yet. With patience, I am hoping to see positive results. Thank you.

Excellent help - taking for years

We started taking Lemon Balm back years ago when I was suffering from a mild depression and anxiety. We take it at bedtime and it does help me have more consistent sleep. My husband feels the same way. This brand of herbal supplement is one I swear by - I took their St. John's Wort for depression and it helped dramatically and quickly so I believe their potency is good.
