This one's not a bag of sugar!

I've tried quite a few brands and this is the only one I've tried that doesn't taste like sugar! I'm no authority on beets, but I've been an organic gardener for 45 years and I like that this is not sweet, as I only want the beneficial properties, and care not about "sweet." I can only presume that they must be using the more desirable parts of the beet root or something. I will sat too, that it's been my experience that the sweeter, more heavily-commercial competitor products always tend to clump a lot, even when airtight and stored in a cool environment, and simple logic tells me that it's likely the higher sugar levels which cause the clumping. This powder seems promising and I don't foresee the clumping/crystallization issues, as with the mainstream, heavily advertised powders.

So far, I'm confident this will be my only go-to product of this type.
