Opinions by Me

I do not have a gall bladder, and due to thyroid conditions, I struggle with constipation. I also have internal hemorrhoids that require constant attention. Wild Harvest slippery elm does not hurt my gut and has been a significant help in keeping regular without creating a side effect.
