Ingredients

Organic Black Elderberry fruit (Sambucus nigra)**, organic vegetable glycerin, organic honey, organic raspberry juice concentrate, organic citrus extract. Herbs extracted in alcohol, alcohol removed. 

**Total equivalent of 5.4g (5400mg) of fresh Elderberries

Suggested Use

1 Tsp (5mL) 1-3 times daily. May be taken in warm water, juice or herbal tea of preference or as directed by your health care professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. If taking medication consult with a healthcare professional before use. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.

Great way to take elderberry

This is my favorite way to take elderberry. I find it quite delicious so I just take it straight before breakfast, I don’t mix it into anything. One of my favorite things :)
