Been a longtime brand fan since 1990 and now won't be without this cinnamon!

When I went to a well known retired cardiologist/lipidologist (now returned to practice) in a nearby small town in Arizona for prevention purposes he put me through the paces of diagnosis and analyses. When I asked about what other steps I could incorporate into my changes in diet and behavior he mentioned the health benefits of Ceylon cinnamon. I immediately knew I would order Oregon's Wild Harvest Cinnamon True Ceylon Capsules. As a now sixty something I would rather have a good quality of life than try to make corrections after a preventable life altering event happens. My blood work says I have lowered my risks significantly in the 3+ months I've been taking this supplement and the Hawthorn. But I do know there is more to prevention I must consider and act on.
