Organic Nettle (freeze-dried) tops including stinging hairs (Urtica dioica), organic pullulan (from naturally fermented tapioca starch) capsules and nothing else.

As an herbal supplement, take two capsules twice per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. A dose of four capsules may be required for best results. Do not exceed recommended dose. WARNING: If you have never taken Nettles and are prone to allergies, it is recommended to take one capsule and wait 24 hours before using the suggested dose.

I guess they worked

For the first time in my life I was having rather severe hay fever. I started taking these, and the attacks lessened then stopped. Could be coincidence, could be causal. But I will be ordering more.

Great product and responsive company for subscriptions

We have been using nettle for some time before being introduced to this brand by my mother. Excellent quality. The subscription has been great, carefully packaged. When we needed to pause the subscription, we were able to reach a human for help doing so. Very happy with this company.

I have not finished the bottle (same brand) I got at a healthy harvest store near me yet but I am using this in conjunction with two other herbs and everything is working great! As a matter of fact when I was taking the nettle (same brand) alone, my post nasal drip diminished a lot! It was so bad I was coughing uncontrollably for months, sometimes to the point of dry heaves and committing. I highly recommend this brand. The quality matters!
