Go Ceylon!

Ever since I wad diagnosed with pre-diabetes and the Diabetes I have always used Cinnamon as part of my diet. But when learned the difference between the types of cinnamon, switching to Ceylon True cinnamon, it has Iworked very well for me. I am no longer on diabetic medicine and my A1C is 5.0. Thanks for a great product!
