Organic Black Cohosh root (Cimicifuga racemosa), Organic brown rice flour, pullulan (plant sourced) capsules and nothing else.

As an herbal supplement, take one capsule one to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Check with your healthcare professional if taking this product continuously for longer than six months. Do not exceed recommended dose.

CAUTION: Do not take if using contraceptives or hormone replacement preparations (eg. estrogen, progesterone). Keep out of reach of children. If taking medication consult with a healthcare professional before use. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.

Great product!

I have been using Black Cohosh for menopausal symptoms, and it works well for me! I have discontinued the use of HRT, and the Dr. is amazed! Highly recommend!
