Using this for anxiety relief

I use it for myself for occasional insomnia. Works better than chemical drugs. I am currently using it for a rescue Great Dane that obviously had a terrible incident in a car. When going around curves he starts moaning and shaking. A human dose is allowing him to cope a little better, and I'm hoping over time it will relieve his anxiety.
