Ingredients

Organic Wormwood aerial parts (Artemisia absinthium), organic pullulan (from naturally fermented tapioca starch) capsules and nothing else.

Suggested Use

As an herbal supplement, take one capsule three times per day with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. It is recommended to discontinue use after consuming the contents of one bottle, as directed. If desired, resume use after a break of two months. Do not exceed recommended dose.

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. If taking medication consult with a healthcare professional before use. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.

Most Effective Taken Hours Outside of Meal Times

These capsules are definitely helping aid in digestion and are certainly going to be a routine part of my holistic approach to overall wellness.

I find I get the most notable benefits by taking 3 per day, with the first dose immediately upon waking, the second dose 3 hrs after lunch, and the third dose several hours after dinner, right before bed.
