      Biodynamic® and Organic Holy Basil leaf (Ocimum sanctum), biodynamic and Organic alcohol, distilled water.

      Alcohol Content: Not more than 75%.

      Suggested Use

      As an herbal tonic, take 2.5 mL (approx. three half-droppers) daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

      CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. If taking medication consult with a healthcare professional before use. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.

      Use daily. Want the 2 oz. size option to return. Been ordering for years and do not like the added bottle storage and waste of multiple 1 oz. sizes.

      Delicious and, I Think, Effective

      I have now been taking Holy Basil tincture daily for many weeks. What I notice is an increased ability to weather the ups and downs of current life challenges. While this is anecdotal and the experience of only myself, what I believe is happening with the extended use of this tincture is in keeping with what I have read in many sources about its usefulness. I highly recommend this product.
