Fresh Organic St. John's Wort flower buds (Hypericum perforatum), organic alcohol, distilled water. 1:1.

Alcohol Content: Not more than 85%.

Suggested Use

Take 1 mL three times daily in warm water or juice or as directed by your health care professional. 1 mL = approx. 40 drops. Do not exceed recommended dose.

CAUTION: Do not take this product while taking any prescription drug(s) without the advice of your prescribing physician. Avoid excessive exposure to UV irradiation (e.g., sunlight; tanning beds) when using this product. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Amazing!

Waited a few months to write a review to really feel the effects. I love this extract! Nice to be able to adjust how much you need based on mood. I can also tell a marked difference with taking the whole flower. Effectively helping my depression/anxiety along with other supplements, etc.
