Trusted quality

I prefer capsules to tea or dealing with fresh ginger. Wild Harvest appealed to me because of its claims for freshness and quality control. I am taking twice a day in morning and night along with Vit C. So far arthritis under control (also taking turmeric and a few other things). But ginger is the king of health-promotion.
