Quality product

I have used this product in the past. 30 minutes after taking the first dose, experience GI distress. Which is unusual because I didn't experience this in the past. The next day took the second dose with a meal and didn't have any issue. After taking the 1st & 2nd dose, it did seem to help quiet my mind. Felt relax & able to focus better.
