Ingredients

Organic Slippery Elm inner bark (Ulmus rubra), organic pullulan (from naturally fermented tapioca starch) capsules and nothing else.

Suggested Use

As an herbal supplement, take one capsule three times daily with plenty of water or as directed by your health care professional. Allow at least one hour between taking Slippery Elm and any other medication. Do not exceed recommended dose.

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. If taking medication consult with a healthcare professional before use. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.

Only one change I would make to have larger capsules so would not have to take 3 each dose.

Opinions by Me

I do not have a gall bladder, and due to thyroid conditions, I struggle with constipation. I also have internal hemorrhoids that require constant attention. Wild Harvest slippery elm does not hurt my gut and has been a significant help in keeping regular without creating a side effect.
