Ingredients

Organic Skullcap tops (Scutellaria lateriflora), organic pullulan (from naturally fermented tapioca starch) capsules and nothing else.

Suggested Use

As an herbal supplement, take one capsule three times daily or as directed by your health care professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Quality product

I have used this product in the past. 30 minutes after taking the first dose, experience GI distress. Which is unusual because I didn't experience this in the past. The next day took the second dose with a meal and didn't have any issue. After taking the 1st & 2nd dose, it did seem to help quiet my mind. Felt relax & able to focus better.
