Ingredients

Organic Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), Ginkgo leaf (Ginkgo biloba) powder extract (standardized to 24% flavone glycosides and 6% terpene lactones), pullulan (plant sourced) capsules and nothing else.

 

Suggested Use

As an herbal supplement, take one capsule three times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Combined Ashwagandha with Ginkgo

I didn’t try this yet as I have been taking both Ginkgo and Ashwagandha separately from another company so when I finish with those I am sure I will love these both that are combined into one capsule. I have always liked and used your products that I tried previously as well as the Grape Seed Extract. I know your products are very fresh , safe without added bad fillers.

Ashwaganda Gingko

I rated this a three because I haven't been taking them very long. I'm starting off with a small dose, one per day with food to see if I have a reaction. I bought OWH Lion's Mane, and Marshmallow from Vitacost but I had a reaction to these herbs so I stopped taking them. I'm currently taking Eyes Love Lutein, Oregon Grape (for the Berberine) and the Ashwaganda, so I am waiting to see how they work for me. Thank you.
