The ancient Greeks considered Marshmallow “the official healer” because of its soothing properties. Marshmallow root contains polysaccharides making it naturally sweet. In the old days, Marshmallow root, egg whites and sugar were whipped into a confection similar to today’s marshmallows.*

Organic Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), pullulan (plant sourced) capsules and nothing else.

As an herbal supplement, take two capsules twice a day or as directed by your health care professional. Do not take at the same time as prescription medications, as it may interfere with their absorption. Do not exceed recommended dose.
