Great

I've been taking these bladderwrack capsules for a couple of months now with sea moss, to complete my mineral intake (which needs to be 102 minerals for every human body. Sea moss has 92 of them and bladderwrack completes the other 10!) I feel a lot more energized and focused on my tasks.

""BLADDERWRACK " GREAT

THIS PRODUCT SEEMS TO WORK FOR ME DUE TO THE FACT, I HAVE SWELLING IN MY KNEE FROM A TORN MENISCUS , ALSO, ARTHRITIS AS WELL IN MY KNEE DUE TO THESE MEDICAL ISSUES, MY KNEE AND FEET SWELLS.

THEREFORE, I TAKE THESE TO ELIMINATE SOME OF THE SWELLING CAUSED BY THESE MEDICAL CONDITIONS. I PREFER ORGANIC OVER CHEMICAL MEDICATIONS , WHEN THE SWELLING OCCUR I TAKE ONE BLADDERWRACK AS PRESCRIBED DRINK LOTS OF WATER, DRINKING WATER ALSO ELIMINATES FLUID BUILD UP AFTER TAKING ,I PROP MY FEET UP AND SWELLING DOES SUBSIDE. HOWEVER, NOT ALL BUT ENOUGH TO TELL A DIFFERENCE. BASED ON MY OPINION, I GET RESULTS ALTHOUGH EVERYONE RESULTS ARENT THE SAME BECAUSE EVERYONE'S BODY REACTES DIFFERENTIALLY, TO DIFFERENT THINGS. THEREFORE, I WILL SAY FOR MY SELF THEY WORK FOR ME.

Lectin blocker

I'm using the bladderwrack as electin blocker because I am allergic to okra... And I'm taking one a day and it's doing all right... It's definitely better than not taking it! I think I should probably be taking more than one but I don't know if I will be taking too much iodine if I do that? Is there such thing as too much iodine? Maybe I should just look that up.

regardless I have definitely recommended it to a lot of people to take as a substitute lectin blocker for people who cannot have okra because they are on a low inflammation diet. Okra is highly inflammatory so this is an amazing substitute!
