I started looking into valerian after unsatisfactory results from other sleep aids. It seems to work fairly well. It does leave me a bit groggy if I haven't slept for around eight hours or so. A cup of coffee and a multi vitamin takes care of that though. Now, maybe it's just me but if I drink a few cups of chamomile tea then take this before bed I will be up half the night getting up to pee lol. Sleep great when I finally do fall asleep though!
