Tummy troubles after covid

I found out about this extract through tiktok. Some people were having the same gut issues as me after having covid. This apparently soothes the tummy and makes digestion better. I can say that I only take it 1x daily vs the recommended 3x and I have noticed a difference. I feel less bloated in general and have less GERD symptoms.

The extract is much easier to deal with than the powder.

I like this product because it helps you breathe better while clearing up congestion. It's much better than the powder (slippery ellm bark) because you don't have to steep it; just add it to your drink (preferably warm drink) and swallow.
