Ingredients

Gymnema leaf extract (Gymnema sylvestre) standardized to 75% gymnemic acids, Organic Gymnema leaf (Gymnema sylvestre), pullulan (plant sourced) capsules and nothing else.

Suggested Use

As an herbal supplement, take one capsule daily immediately before your main meal or as directed by your health care professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Natural Blood Sugar control.

My average blood sugar and AC1 have dropped significantly to the point my medical DR. told me that I am not considered prediabetic or diabetic. My ACI has dropped from 7.1 to 5.6. I have made several changes in diet and exercise plus taking Gymnema twice daily. 3 capsules in the morning and 2 before lunch. 2 years ago, I also started wearing a CGM which helps me know what foods cause my blood sugar to rise. I highly recommend Oregon Wild Harvest products.
