    Biodynamic® and Organic Proprietary Blend: Fresh Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra),  Holy Basil leaf (Ocimum sanctum), Fresh Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus), Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), biodynamic and organic alcohol, biodynamic raisin syrup, organic blackberry juice concentrate, organic cinnamon extract concentrate, distilled water.

    Alcohol Content: Not more than 55%.

    As an herbal tonic, take 2.5 mL (approx. three half-droppers) daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

    CAUTION: Do not take if sensitive to peanuts or chickpeas. Keep out of reach of children. If taking medication consult with a healthcare professional before use. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.

      The name sums it up

      Time to time I like to buy a bottle of this herbal tonic. It is a favorite of mine. In the morning, before eating anything, I mix it with water and it is the first thing that enters my system. While the water for tea is heating up, I take the time to do at least a round of yoga breaths. Doable even on busy mornings. I find this little morning ritual with "CountToZen" very helpful, relaxing and energizing.
