As an herbal supplement, take one capsule daily or as directed by your health care professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Helps a lot with Hormone Balance

What I really like about the bladderwrack capsules is how they help me maintain a healthy balance with my hormones. I am in my mid forties and tend to gain “hormonal” weight in my lower abdomen. Bladderwrack helps control that specific issue. Also, in general, I feel a sense of calm, I believe this is also from taking bladderwrack. I do and take other things but when ever I would run out, I would start to have issues. That’s why the subscription is so helpful!

I've been taking these bladderwrack capsules for a couple of months now with sea moss, to complete my mineral intake (which needs to be 102 minerals for every human body. Sea moss has 92 of them and bladderwrack completes the other 10!) I feel a lot more energized and focused on my tasks.
