Effective and delicious with quality I trust
I have been using Ashwaganda from OWH for about six years by now. I take it very consistently every single day. Nowadays I use the powdered form in milk. My husband’s colleague, who has been trained in Ayurvedic Medicine in India, also suggested to use the powder in milk as one of the best ways to take it. Of course sometimes the capsules are also convenient and the tonic form is probably best if you need fast and good absorption for some reason. I originally started with the biodynamic tonic.
I also do yoga, running, and meditation. The regular practice of these, combined with taking ashwaganda made a big difference for me. I think the key is consistency. I rarely skip a “dose”. I also find the taste and texture of the OWH ashwaganda powder outstanding.
