Nettle

It smelled good when I opened it, but didn’t taste so great. It doesn’t have the grassy-nettle taste and doesn’t deepen to a dark green unless you put a cup of nettles in 12 oz of water and let it sit for hours.

Nettle Infusions

This batch of nettle leaf produced the most delicious nettle infusion. I recommend using 1 oz per 1 quart mason jar. Fill mason jar (with 1 oz. nettle) to the top with boiling water. Cover and put in fridge for 24-36 hours. Strain and drink cold. It is full of calcium.
