Nettle Freeze-dried tops (Urtica dioica), non-GMO pullulan (plant sourced) capsules and nothing else.

As an herbal supplement, take two capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. A dose of four capsules may be required for best results. WARNING: If you have never taken Nettles and are prone to allergies, it is recommended to take one capsule and wait 24 hours before using the suggested dose. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Allergy relief

I have been using Freeze dried Nettles for 20 years and using Oregon's Wild Harvest for the past 8 to 10 years. Without using Freeze Dried Nettles I develop a deep cough and congestion in my lungs and nasal passages. Using Freeze Dried Nettles enables me to not use prescription drugs for my allergies. I have recommended Oregon's Wild Harvest Freeze Dried Nettles to several of my friends who have the same symptoms as I and they have also experienced good results.

Saved my sinuses!

These freeze dried nettle capsules have absolutely saved me during allergy season, which in the Portland area is almost year round! I've only had to take my OTC allergy medicine a couple of times this year, because I take the nettle capsules morning and evening. There are no side effects, I can breathe easily and I don't have my usual red itchy eyes and sneezing either!
